The Oak Valley room with its 1500 square feet can provide the following room set-ups. These provide capabilities for corporate meetings and presentations as well as intimate family gatherings and social events. The hotel can also provide various types of brand new guest rooms for those attending your functions.

Conference or Hollow Square 32 ¨C 48 Guests

Best suited for small meetings where close interaction is preferred, such as small training sessions and committee meetings. (2 per table=32/ 3 per table=48)

U-Shape, T-Shape or E-Shape 40 ¨C 60 Guests

Good for small discussion groups where a chairman or moderator sits at the head. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating. (2 per table=40/ 3 per table=60)

Classroom or Schoolroom 40 ¨C 60 Guests

Designed for lectures where attendees need to take notes and spread out materials. (2 per table=40/ 3 per table=60)

Theater 80 Guests

Ideal for large seminars and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.

Reception 100 Guests

Stand-up social function where beverages and light food are served . Food may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. 

Cherry Valley Room

The Cherry Valley room is 625 square feet. It can provide the following configurations and capacities for corporate meetings and presentations or intimate family or social gatherings. The hotel can also provide various types of brand new guest rooms for those attending your functions.
