Application Procedures

For all international students, if you are interested in joining our Junior Long-Term Program, you will have to apply F-1 Visa before you arrive as a student in the United States. Oak Valley Golf Academy will assist approved students to receive US Federal Government approved I-20, and students can apply F-1 visa with the I-20 in their countries.

Step 1:

1.Please download and complete OVGA Application Form.

2.Please prepare Three (3) Recommendation Letters.

3.Please return the form & letters to the address below:

Step 2:

Once you have been approved for the admission, we will contact you for the following documents and deposits.

1.Current Middle/High School Information (Name, address, phone No.).

2.Transcripts from Middle/High School.

3.Letter of Financial Support.

4.Download and complete Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement.

5.Download and complete Media Waivers.

6.Copies of Passport.

7.Immunization Record File & Health Information Form.

8.2 passport size photos.

9.Home stay request form (Optional).

10.50% tuition deposit (Check payable to Oak Valley Golf Academy or fill out Credit Card Authorization Form or contact us for wire instruction). The deposit is refundable only if the student is not accept or in the case of Visa is denied.

11.Non-refundable $600 application fee.

Please send the documents and payment to Oak Valley Golf Academy for your Acceptance Letter and I-20 for your student Visa.

Step 3:

Once you receive the Acceptance Letter and I-20, you can make an appointment from the US Embassy/Consulate in your country for your student visa (F-1).

Step 4:

You will have to register with Oak Valley Golf Academy when you arrive the United States no later than the expected date. The followings are needed to complete the registration:

1.Copy of I-94.

2.Copy of Visa.

3.Balance pay in full.
