Annually Oak Valley Golf Club is proud to host both the Division-I UC Riverside Men's and Women's Braveheart Golf Classic. With pristine conditions and a group of the best collegiate golfers in the country, players and teams compete for tournament champion and added bonuses of moving up in the national rankings. Teams ranging from states as far as Florida , Pennsylvania , Utah , and Colorado ; as well as local schools compile the over 100-player field for the two-day 54 hole competition. Auspiciously, this prestigious tournament provides an opportunity for our Academy students to first, observe first hand the college golf experience, while secondly meet and converse with players and coaches from interested schools. Overall, the entire experience continues to prove positive for all persons involved.
